Marquee Widget
The marquee is used to scroll text/html vertically on a website. It accepts only string inputs, including standard HTML elements and formatting. All other inputted data type will be converted to a string.

| Speed | The speed with which the items scroll up the marquee. |
| Mouse Pause | Enables/Disables scrolling whenever mouse hovers over the marquee. |
| Transition | Sets the scrolling direction to Vertical or horizontal. |
