I am new to Modx so please excuse if I am being a bit dim.

Is there a way of restricting template option depending on the parent of a page?

I am building a site for a new homes developer so under the page developments I want to set any child page's template to the development one with all my Tvs.

I have had a look around but couldn't find any details on this.
