Hello,

I am using MaxiGallery, BredCrumbs and eForm on my modx-webpage, all of a sudden the snippets will not render/show at all...
Chunks and templates work well, its only the snippets that will not load.

I dont know what to do... I have not done anything to my pages lately either. Have anyone experienced the same?

The PHP Version is 5.2.10.

Sincerly, Stian.

Is it ALL snippets, or just these 2?  Are you seeing ANY output?  Or just blank space where the Snippet's output would normally be?

One common culprit is that the input variables (e.g. &variable=`xyz`) get corrupted by Javascript editor so that the '&' becomes '&' and then the Snippet no longer works.  If I use Snippets on a page (as opposed to in a template), I always turn off Rich Text editing for that page.

I think something happened when i converted the database from latin1 to utf-8 charset encoding. Even when i remove the "&amp" and use only "&" the Snippets will not run or execute...

ooo.... encodings.  Yeah, changing encodings can cause a lot of subtle little problems.  Any way for to switch it back?

try to see the snippet codes.
perhaps there are 2 php tags inside it.
do not use them when you paste the code.
MODx will generate them for you.

damn accurate caricatures...

This is quite a mystery. Has your host upgraded PHP recently to cause this? There had to be some change that lead to this change in behavior, and from what I've read here so far, nothing obvious comes to mind...
