[Template] Relic for MODx

As requested.

Edit the TVs for left and right column content, in the TV manager for default or per page as desired.

No mind reading, you did ask for it.

The only changes are to give the template a standard <head> that I always use, and to replace content (text) with MODx tags, such as [*content*] for the middle column, or [(site_name)] for the title. I made one change to the CSS file, to properly set the path to the background image. The HTML layout and CSS are otherwise totally unchanged.

Read the INSTALL.TXT in the install folder.
