This template is a "special order".  The header is made up of six blocks and the css for the background images is in the head of the template so that it can use six TVs to specify the images to use. This way every page can have different images. For more details, read the install.txt file in the install folder. (It's called "Brown" because I was working on a brown template that sort of fit the client's wishes).  Actually, it's a take-off from two or three other templates that the client said he wanted "something like this".
