Thank you for the guide BobRay! I was able to follow it and migrate a site from 0.9.6 to revolution quite easily.
Revolution appears to be very solid. Looking forward to when WebloginPE and a few other snippets are ported over!

Currently can't see the Google Analytics transport zip available via Revolution Package Management yet..
So I've gone to Content Element => New plugin, all seems to be the same except no (0.9.6) configuration tab. So I can only assume Properties is the equivalent. My question is how or where do I put the config data needed by 0.9.6 plugin to work in revolution or will it simply just not work, yet?
