I made one using Jot.

1. Create document and put this as its content:

[!Jot? &canedit=`Site Admins` &canmoderate=`Site Admins` &subscribe=`1` &pagination=`10` &badwords=`{{CommentBadWords}}` &sortby=`createdon:d` &trusted=`Site Admins` &captcha=`1` &notify=`2`!]

That should get you started.. its pretty much the same as the Blog exmaple if you used included that content when you installed Modx.

try putting the jot code in a chunk, then call it from the content of that page

Change the Page Settings for the document to uncached before transporting it into a chunk.
