[Template] Bare-bones "One True" template

This template has minimal styling. Not for the faint-of-heart! But it's a sample of "source-ordered" floated layouts as in http://positioniseverything.net/articles/onetruelayout/anyorder

You can ignore the 3rd column if you like, or add a fourth, whatever. It's all in the CSS.

Nice! and thanks for sharing Susan. I can't wait to get home and take a closer look... Possibly skin it with some fresh GIMP graphics I kicked out last night using the mod GIMPshop.
