Do you two fall into this time window: http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/topic,40339.0.html

Also, I'll need your JIRA usernames.

Fairytree,

We've had no problems logging in personally, and I checked your permissions - no problems there either. Are you sure you're putting in the right password?

Ok, it seems that's the problem is due to Firefox.

I've juste tested with Safari and Chrome and everything is fine... quite strange. Roll Eyes

Same problem here, even requested new password, nothing happens, and can't contact the administrators because Jira only gives a list. FF 3.6 here, Win7 x64.

Even went to Jira svn site and changed password, no good.

I can log in to forums fine, fortunately.

Thank you, Tom

Tom, the issues other people were having have been resolved to our knowledge, and I've inspected your account; all looks good. Are you using tommls as the username? All accounts on modxcms.com are lowercase and case-sensitive FWIW.

ID/pwd typed all lowercase.
Nothing happens after logging in -- no acknowledgement, no change, login box rolls back up.
No error messages etc. either.
Thank you, Tom

Clear your browser session and browser cache.

Took quite a while, but this did it, I could log in.

However, after that, posting a comment to the blog did not work...clicked 'Preview,' then 'Post,' nothing happened, no obvious posting of the comment.

Also, after logging in, then closing the browser tab/window, the website login appears not to persist -- is this how it is supposed to work?? The forum login persists but website logins do not persist??

Thank you, Tom
