When I want to login with the right name, but a wrong password, this error comes. If I use a wrong name, it's all right.

I've confirmed this bug and will resolve it before 0.9.6 final is released.

This was caused by a fix for captcha problems committed for task 823; trying to find a workaround

I've fixed this along with some other cookie-path related problems causing strange intermittent logout behavior in manager.
