I've switched the site (because I had to switch the database) into utf-8 encoding ...but mail sent by eForm are style encoded in iso 8859-1
and so "éàè ..." are not nice

A solution targeted at 0.9.7 should be able to be implemented in 0.9.6.2. I'll post more details once we begin the work to implement this.
