I've switched the site (because I had to switch the database) into utf-8 encoding ...

but mail sent by eForm are style encoded in iso 8859-1
and so "éàè ..." are not nice

eForm support UTF-8 as Email character set only since release 1.4.2 :

A solution targeted at 0.9.7 should be able to be implemented in 0.9.6.2. I'll post more details once we begin the work to implement this.

I use eForm 1.4.4 (with accented characters - utf8) to do my contact page without any issues. As underlined by Gildas, shoepp has probably used a version <1.4.2
