Details
Although a role doesn´t allow the user to create a document there is a button for "duplicate".If the user rightclicks on the document in the doc tree, the duplicate option isn´t active (which is correct).
If the user edits a document, the duplicate option also is not shown (also correct).
BUT: If the user (left)clicks on a document in the doc tree, the button appears in the main frame in the top and is functional. Thsi shouldn´t be.

Reason for closing: Works for me
Additional comments about closing: Although the 'duplicate' button is shown, it will not actually duplicate the document if the role does not have the 'create new document' privilege - rather it directs to an error message explaining that the user does not have the necessary privileges.
