If an account has blocked, this plugin sends an email to the owner with a link to unblock the account.

Works with web users and manager users.

Has a parameter for added security.

Instructions

Create a new plugin,
paste the code,
check OnWebPagePrerender,OnBeforeWebLogin,OnBeforeManagerLogin
and in the module configuration add this line
&securitykey=secureKey;str;anystringyouwant
press the button and change the secureKey field to any string you want.
