The installer will not overwrite an existing version of the plugin code. Instead, it will set the existing plugin to a disabled state.
NOTE: This is an altered version of TinyMCE that does not use the default MODx file manager. It has been modified to use the Ajax File Manager from PHPLetter (http://www.phpletter.com/Demo/TinyMCE-Ajax-File-Manager/) . Both the AFM beta versions of FCKEditor and TinyMCE have the Ajax File Manager bundled in and are completely identical. They will be continued to be bundled in till a final version of the Ajax File Manager plugin is completed.

Adds the TinyMCE richtext editor to MODx.
TinyMCE is a platform independent web based Javascript HTML WYSIWYG editor control released as Open Source under LGPL by Moxiecode Systems AB. It has the ability to convert HTML TEXTAREA fields or other HTML elements to editor instances.
Instructions
Follow the instructions below to install the TinyMCE editor into MODx:
- Download and unzip the plugin files.
- Upload the corresponding files to the root of your MODx site.
- Run the installer (http://www.yoursite.com/install/).
- Select TinyMCE from the list of editors in the MODx configuration (System Configuration / Interface & Editor Settings).
Updates
WARNING: It is highly advisable that you backup your current database and plugin configuration before installing this plugin! This particular release has some very significant changes so please pay close attention and read up on all changes that have been made!
