Show the currently selected image for an Image TV, in the manager.

Description

For Image TVs:
This plugin displays the currently selected image right beneath the path input field in the manager. Makes it a bit nicer to see exactly what image is selected.

Requires a bit of customization, but it should be pretty easy.

Instructions

@INSTALLATION:
#. Grab jquery.js from http://jquery.com/src/jquery-latest.pack.js
#. Grab heartbeat.js from http://www.jasons-toolbox.com/JHeartbeat/
#. Put both those files in /assets/js/
#. Go down and edit the "Instructions, Part 2" and "Part 3" below, in the plugin itself.
#. Paste the slightly modified code as a new plugin called ShowImageTVs, check the OnDocFormRender checkbox.
#. Make sure this comes after any other plugin that could effect the template, like InheritParentTemplate.
